I’m a sucker for Spanish Tapas, all day every day. What is being offered at The Iberian Pig is nothing short of a food connoisseur’s dream. It’s a good thing tapas are served as they are prepared, otherwise I would have probably ordered 2 of everything on the menu. This is a place you have to venture to multiple times due to the ever rotating delicacies.
The most beloved of what I enjoyed here was definitely the “Coca Con Seta” which is a roasted mushroom flatbread pizza adorned with black truffle, pickled red onion, and Mahon Manchego (cheese). I could have eaten at least 5 of them all by myself. I also enjoyed the B.W.D. (bacon wrapped dates), Patatas Bravas, Iberico Mac N’ Cheese, and Empanadas de Carne. Yum yum!!
