Upbeet is consistently delicious. I can always count on a fresh and light meal when I go there. This is where I experienced tasting my first pitaya bowl. I love a good smoothie bowl, especially when topped with loads of crunchy bits and a variety of fruits. While I’m used to seeing some unique toppings on this type of treat, their bowls boast some unsuspecting characters such as bee pollen, MCT oil, and hemp granola.
If you’re looking for something more on the savory side, Upbeet has plenty of customizable options to satisfy your taste buds. One of the options I enjoy most from this side of the menu is the rice bowl appropriately named “Guac it Out.” Complete with 10 ingredients including charred corn, a house-made guacamole AND a house-made cashew lime dressing, this one is not to be ignored.
