The joy of Banana Bread
One of the reasons I love banana bread so much is because it's super easy to make. The naturally sweet flavor of the bananas coupled with that distinct banana flavor makes it such a treat. This is perfect as breakfast, a snack, or dessert! I like to spread a bit of cream cheese on top of mine..it makes it oh so decadent.
This type of bread is a more traditional sweet, cake-like bread. It's super moist on the inside.
A closer look
ABOUT THE SUGARS-The use of brown sugar is important here as it adds to the moist nature of the bread. The combination of the two sugars means that your bread will have a caramel color, with the unique flavor the brown sugar brings combined with the caramelization and delicate sweetness that white sugar adds as well.
