Description
These meatballs are loaded with ginger, garlic, and cilantro and pack a whole lot of flavor. They are perfect on top of rice or ramen!
Ingredients

For the meatballs:
1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
For the glaze:
2 tbsp fish or soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup packed brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Mince garlic and ginger, chop cilantro.
- Combine ground chicken, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and form into meatballs.
- Cook meatballs on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until they are cooked through (alternatively, bake in the oven).
- Prepare glaze of honey with fish sauce by combining them in a small mixing bowl.
- Pour glaze over meatballs during the final minutes of the cooking process, be sure not to cook glaze for longer than 1 minute. Just use it at the very end.
