Goat cheese is one of those cheeses that is multifaced nature. The slight tang this cheese has makes it a wonderful adornment for crackers, fruits, and a multitude of breads alike.
Adding cranberries would be a wonderful addition to the pistachio log as pistachios often pair well with a variety of tart fruits.
Mini Goat Cheese Logs are versatile
There are several different ways to eat goat cheese. You could enjoy these on a crudite platter...of course crackers and an assortment of vegetables would go well here but imagine chopping up the logs and tossing the pieces into a salad or spreading some on a bagel!

The possibilities really are endless here and if you like cranberries in your cheese I would add some chopped, dried, cranberries to the pistachio log.
2 goat cheese logs
2 tbsp green onions, sliced thin
2 tbsp dill, chopped
2 tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, toasted
- Chop pistachios and add to toasted breadcrumbs.
- Chop green onions and dill, toss together.
- Roll goat cheese in both mixtures.
Serve and Enjoy!
