Description

A really easy and delicious olive tapenade to be used for a variety of different things. This can be cooked or eaten as is like a topping.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Castelvetrano (or similar) olives

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp capers

¼ cup parsley

2 cloves garlic


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired texture is reached.

Notes

Salt and pepper are optional
