Ingredients

1 cup cane sugar
1 cup water
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Bring water to a simmer, add sugar and spices. Simmer on low heat until mixture has reduced and thickened slightly (about 5 minutes). Cool and add to whatever you wish.
