Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup can be used in so many different ways. Make a pumpkin spice latte,  with breakfast, the possibilities are endless!



1 cup cane sugar

1 cup water

1/8 teaspoon allspice

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Bring water to a simmer, add sugar and spices. Simmer on low heat until mixture has reduced and thickened slightly (about 5 minutes). Cool and add to whatever you wish.
