Spiced Mulled Wine has everything you need to warm up for the winter. Flavors of ginger, orange, and a bevy of spices create a most satisfying beverage.

1 bottle Simply Apple Juice (52 oz)
1 bottle Stella Rosa Black Wine (1.5 liter)
1 orange, sliced
1 tablespoon whole cloves
5 star anise, whole
1/4 brown sugar, packed
3 cinnamon sticks
2 inches fresh ginger, sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer on medium-low heat for 45 minutes. Be careful not to reduce the liquid, you should see small bubbles, not large ones.
