Description

A Watermelon Pina Colada is a refreshing twist on the classic pina colada, blending the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with the juicy sweetness of watermelon.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or from pineapple juice)

1 3/4 cups watermelon juice (frozen into cubes)

1/4 cup Coco Lopez (cream of coconut)

1/2 cup light rum (white rum works best)

Ice (optional, for blending)

Pineapple wedge and paper umbrella for garnish

Instructions

    1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by freezing your watermelon juice into ice cube trays. This will give your drink a thicker, slushier consistency.

    1. Blend the Drink: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, watermelon ice cubes, Coco Lopez, and light rum. Add additional ice if desired for a thicker texture.

    1. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until you achieve a smooth, velvety texture.

    1. Serve: Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a paper umbrella to add a tropical flair.

    1. Enjoy: Sip and enjoy your homemade Watermelon Pina Colada!
