½ tsp peppermint extract
2 cups oat milk
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Prepare toppings by whipping cream (add powdered sugar) and chopping candies.
- Melt white chocolate chips over double boiler, add peppermint extract.
- Whisk in a bit of milk to remove chocolate from bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a saucepan and add remaining milk.
- Heat and Enjoy!
