A non-dairy Classic Hot Chocolate
If you are dairy sensitive, rest easy because I have formulated a rich and creamy hot chocolate that won't come with any adverse reactions (if you are sensitive like me). Oat milk would make this milk even creamier and have a little less of a nutty taste.
You can really use any dairy-free milk of your choice and surprisingly, coffee creamer does a great job turning this hot chocolate into an even more decadent treat.

Ingredients
2 cups almond milk
½ cup almond milk creamer
1 cup milk chocolate chips
½ tsp cinnamon
marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler
- Add cinnamon, and creamer and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a small saucepan and add almond milk.
- Heat and whisk until desired temperature is reached.
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
