Red Velvet Rumchata Hot Chocolate is a boozy hot chocolate packed full of Red Velvet flavor. I was so thrilled went I saw this Red Velvet Bailey's at the store. I usually purchase the hot cocoa mix every year but adding the extra special Irish cream took it over the top. Also, I added powdered sugar to the whipped cream for a little added sweetness. *Don't forget to use a liquid measuring cup!

If you're looking for a hot chocolate that is over the top, look no further! I even used some extra special gourmet chocolate marshmallows! I sourced the marshmallows from Chicago Based XO Marshmallow and my gosh, they are some of the best marshmallows out there.
Let's speak about the rest of what this hot chocolate has to offer....Every year I purchase the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate Mix from World Market and use it as the cocoa mix. This year, however, I decided to take things up yet another notch and add Bailey's Red Velvet liqueur to the combo...Adding the Bailey's took this hot chocolate from over the top to out of this world crazy insane in 2.5 seconds.
Each element adds a new layer and in the end, the result is a truly unique concoction that you'll be happy to enjoy year after year.
