Description
A boozy hot chocolate packed full of Red Velvet flavor. I was so thrilled went I saw this Red Velvet Bailey's at the store. I usually purchase the hot cocoa mix every year but adding the extra special Irish cream took it over the top. Also, I added powdered sugar to the whipped cream for a little added sweetness. *Don't forget to use a liquid measuring cup!
Ingredients

2 cups oat milk
½ cup Bailey’s Red Velvet Irish Liqueur
¼ cup Rumchata
5 tbsp Red Velvet Cocoa Powder (World Market)
For the whipped cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Whisk and heat until you're ready to serve.
- If desired, whip powdered sugar and cream using an electric mixer.
