Homemade Ice Cream

Here's a very quick way to create ice cream from scratch without an actual ice cream maker. I could get myself in so much trouble making this. You can literally put anything you want in here….chocolate chips, fruit, peanut butter, marshmallows; the possibilities are endless. I topped mine with homemade caramel.



1 ½ cups almond milk

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sweetened condensed milk


  1. Using an electric mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
  2. Add condensed milk, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix for several seconds until mixture is smooth
  3. Pour ice cream into an airtight container, freeze until you can't take it anymore.
