Description
Langoustine Scampi with Zucchini Noodles is a fun spin on shrimp scampi. It combines a non-traditional seafood alongside plenty of butter and garlic.

4 cups zucchini noodles
1 cup cooked Langoustine tails
juice from 1/2 lemon
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize zucchini if not already completed. Melt upper in a medium-sized pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add zucchini noodles and lemon juice, cook until zucchini is tender. Add langoustine and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat throughout. Add salt and pepper to taste.
