Olive Crusted Baked Salmon


Description

This Olive Crusted Baked Salmon is a super tasty dish that can be ready in no time. It's made with a homemade olive tapenade. The olive tapenade is comprised of garlic, olives, capers, lemon juice, and parsley.


Ingredients

2 lbs salmon

1 cup olive tapenade

¾ tsp salt (spread evenly over each filet)

pepper, fresh cracked 

drizzle of olive oil


Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil. Rub the salmon with seasonings using your hands, Top salmon with olive tapenade, and gently press into the fish to ensure an even coating.

  2. Bake the salmon in the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, measured with a meat thermometer.
