This Olive Crusted Baked Salmon is a super tasty dish that can be ready in no time. It's made with a homemade olive tapenade. The olive tapenade is comprised of garlic, olives, capers, lemon juice, and parsley.

2 lbs salmon
1 cup olive tapenade
¾ tsp salt (spread evenly over each filet)
pepper, fresh cracked
drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil. Rub the salmon with seasonings using your hands, Top salmon with olive tapenade, and gently press into the fish to ensure an even coating.
- Bake the salmon in the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, measured with a meat thermometer.
